My home scale on Sunday AM said 194. Today it said 189. How have I done it?
Just diet and controlled portions.
Amy and I spent hundreds at Whole Foods and I am already miserable.
I had a glass and a half of wine yesterday.
I ate 6 slices of watermelon last night.

Your scale is weigh off (get it?).
weight is steady at 189...but I am getting up at 5:00am and I feel very shitty and dizzy.
I think I need more protein.
Last Saturday, I weighed in at 195 (without shoes). Did I already post that somewhere?
Mark, I have a suggestion, since I cannot create original posts and can only add comments to posts, I suggest you create a separate original post for each of us (i.e., Mark's Progress, Pat's Progress, Travis's Awesome Progress). We then can keep track of our individual weight loss or gain in our particular area through comments (others can certainly comment as well). Otherwise, there won't be one area where a player's weight loss or gain will be documented (perhaps you want it that way).
Another option is to make Pat and I "team members" so that we can do original posts.
I think that's how it works.
